Poem's Mixed

Untitled 56

I don’t want to be the only light in the dark of early night

Or the only spark of color in the black and grey picture of winter

I want to see the pavement light up with umbrellas of every color

And lights to flood the wet pavements in rainbows

I want to see the bright happy faces of summer last through the cold.
